At InstantSay ("we", "our", or "us"), your privacy and data security are our top priorities. This Privacy Policy describes how InstantSay collects, uses, and safeguards information when you use our mobile application and related services.

1. Core Commitment: Zero Keylogging

InstantSay operates as an Input Method Editor (IME). We do NOT log, record, or transmit passwords, credit card details, payment PINs, or private sensitive fields. Regular manual keypresses remain strictly local on your device.

2. Information We Process

• AI Action Text: When you deliberately tap an AI feature (such as Rewrite, Grammar, Translate, or Smart Reply), the selected text is transmitted over an encrypted TLS connection to our secure server to generate your requested output.
• Voice Audio & Dictation: When you press the microphone button, voice audio is converted to text using Google Speech Recognition or our AI transcription models. Audio recordings are never retained or sold.
• Notification Auto-Read Context: If you explicitly enable Notification Auto-Read, InstantSay temporarily inspects incoming message text to generate 1-tap suggested replies. This context is kept in volatile device memory and discarded immediately after generation.
• Account Information: If you sign in via Google, we collect your email address and display name solely to maintain your credit balance, purchases, and cloud preferences.

3. Permissions We Request

• Microphone (RECORD_AUDIO): Used exclusively when you tap the microphone button for speech-to-text dictation.
• Notification Access: Optional. Used strictly to enable 1-tap contextual reply generation for messaging apps (such as WhatsApp, Telegram, and Gmail).
• Internet: Required to query cloud AI models, synchronize credits, and verify In-App purchases.
• Vibration: Provides haptic feedback while typing.

4. Third-Party AI Processors

Cloud AI requests are processed via zero-trust server proxies using Google Cloud Gemini and Anthropic Claude APIs. These enterprise APIs do not use your submitted prompts to train foundational AI models.

5. Data Retention & Deletion

You can delete your account, credit history, and personal dictionary at any time directly in the InstantSay app under Settings → Delete Account, or by visiting our Data Deletion Request Page.
